Return Policy / Refund Policy


Damaged in Shipping

If the item was damaged in shipping, please email or contact us immediately (within 24 hours). You may contact us by email at returns@koups.com or phone 717-939-7182. We will file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of the item. 

KEEP ALL ITEMS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL CONTACTED BY US OR THE CARRIER.

If we are able, we will exchange the item for an undamaged one. If the item is not available, we will refund your money after we get paid by the carrier. This could take up to 2 weeks. If you want a replacement sooner, you must pay for the replacement, but we will refund the original damaged one after we are paid by the carrier. (including shipping)

We may request the damaged item back after we are paid by the carrier. We will send a call tag for the item and pay the shipping.


Return Item for Refund or Exchange

We try very hard to list the item with as much detail as possible, but if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your item, you may return it for a partial refund or exchange.

If the item was marked "As-Is" the item may not be returned. All units (motorcycles, atv's and jet skis) are sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Otherwise all other returns are as follows:

KOUPS AUCTIONS will not accept any return without an RMA number. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 3 days of the receipt of the item.  RMA numbers are good for 10 days.

Please email us at returns@koups.com to receive a  RMA. Please list the reason for the return. Please include the eBay item number.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping package.

All returns (unless exchanges) will be charged a 10% handling fee. For all returns, the customer prepays shipping. Your initial shipping will not be refunded. 

Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking number. Please email return tracking numbers to our auctions department. Please allow 2 weeks for credit or refund. We will refund you the same way you paid us. 

If only wanting to exchange an item, no handling fee will apply, only freight charges.

All items must be in "as-new" or same condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, pieces, parts and accessories.

Warranty Issues

Some of the new items we sell come with a manufacture warranty. If you have a problem with one of the items, please email us and we will try to assist you. We handle all warranty issues with the manufacturer.
