Description

1975 Benelli Sei

The mass production of the Benelli 750 Sei started in 1975 and it was the first motorcycle with a straight six engine.  The exterior is dominated by the massive six cylinder engine and the six fanfare like exhaust pipes.  Based on the motor of the Benelli 500 Quattro the bore-x-hub-relation results in 56 x 50.6 mm and engine size of 747 ccm.  Only three 24 type Dell'Orto valve plate carburettors supply the engine, which is at a compression ratio of 9,8:1 - able to achieve an engine output of 63 HP at 8,500 rpm.  This is sufficient for a top speed of 200 km/h and an acceleration of 5 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.  Refulled by machine weighs 235kg.  It is supplied with two hydraulic Brembo brakes in the front and one Grimeca drum brake in the rear.  The front wheel is connected to the double loop frame with a 38 Marzocchi fork and in the rear even with two Sebac suspension struts for sportive driving comfort

Superbly crafted by Minichamps in 1:12 scale.  Impeccable detail including the detailed engine, working suspension, authentic graphics and more. Comes in a very nice presentation box with a short history of the bike with photos. You will sit and stare in amazement at these impressive die cast motorcycle replicas. Good stuff for you bike fans out there. Very limited.
